- Check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 kids.
- Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- To comply with government regulations, all guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID at check-in, while all foreign guests (including infants & children) must provide a valid passport and visa, copies of which will be retained by the lodge.
- The lodge reserves the right to request age proof for any guest being registered as a child (6 to 12 years).
- The primary guest checking-in must be at least 18 years of age.
- To maintain the privacy and security of all our resident guests, we request that guests do not invite outside visitors into their rooms. Please consult our reception team regarding our specific visitor policy.
- All our lodges are pet-friendly. Please contact our reception in advance to receive a copy of our pet accommodation guidelines.
- Room confirmation does not guarantee a safari permit. Permits are subject to availability, issued only by the respective state forest departments (safari bookings open 120 days in advance), so we recommend booking well in advance.

- Private outdoor dinner: ₹1,500 per person (minimum 2 guests).
- Point & shoot digital camera: ₹1,000 per safari OR ₹1,500 per day.
- Binoculars on rent: ₹400 per safari OR ₹600 per day.
- We offer a host of activities including safaris, lakeside picnics, birdwatching, nature trails, bicycle excursions and more, led by our dedicated naturalists. Please consult our front office or your camp host to learn more and book your activities.

- A 30% advance deposit is required to secure and confirm the reservation, the remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
- All rates are exclusive of GST which will be applicable as per the prevailing slab at the time of stay.
- A surcharge of ₹2,000 per room, per night applies on specified high-season dates.
- Refunds are processed based on the notice period provided before arrival.
- 60+ days: full refund.
- 45 to 60 days: 10% retention fee.
- 30 to 45 days: 30% retention fee.
- 15 to 30 days: 50% retention fee.
- 2 to 14 days: 75% retention fee.
- Under 48 hours / no show: 100% retention fee.
Refunds not applicable on 'non-amendable & non-cancellable' packages.
