The PUG Certification process goes beyond a simple sustainability pledge. TOFTigers’ assessment examines the wider impact of a lodge’s operations—from its relationship with the environment and local communities to the way resources are managed and guests are encouraged to experience nature responsibly. The certification process includes an assessment followed by an independent on-site audit and evaluation.
